Curly and Rich speak with Mike Bornman, a retired captain with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, where he served with distinction for 36 years. Renowned for his leadership, integrity and investigative skills, Bornman guided teams through complex investigations and law enforcement initiatives. He has an M.A. in Organizational Leadership, a B.A. in English and an A.A. in Police Science. He is certified in Emergency Operations Management from Texas A&M University and Executive Development from Cornell University.
